We are located approximately two miles south of the historic market town of Andover in the South of England,
on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Abbotts Ann.
Our farmhouse is within easy access of the A303 Trunk Road which runs from London to Exeter.
The A303 connects directly to the M3 motorway just to the east of Andover.

Carinya is a working stock farm, and the house has a large patio and conservatory.
Our animals can often be seen as they graze in our paddocks, or as they walk around
the pens in our farmyard.
The garden contains a wildlife pond, and children are sure to be thrilled by what
they can discover in the garden or pond.

Our comfortable Guest Accommodation consists of a Double Room, and a Twin Room.
Both rooms have their own fully-equipped en-suite bathroom.
Each room provides Tea and Coffee making facilities, and a hairdrier.

Guests have the use of their own sitting / dining room, and use of a Television and Video recorder.
We provide secure car-parking, and Carinya Farmhouse is double glazed and centrally heated.
Homemade and other first-class local produce is on our breakfast menu, and there are
several local public houses within walking distance which can provide evening meals.
We specialise in providing accommodation to Motor Sport enthusiasts who are
visiting the nearby Thruxton Racing Circuit and to pupils of the
Thruxton Motorsport Centre which is also based at Thruxton Circuit.
